Copper

The company offers various copper grades. The separation of copper by grade is made according to the degree of purity of copper, the presence of impurities in it, which significantly change its properties.

Copper-based alloys are produced in various ways, which can be divided into two large groups:

1. Brasses – alloys based on copper and zinc, and the alloys can be either double or multi-component.

Brass is designed for use in cases where high ductility is required.

Brass with high zinc content has a higher strength and is better processed by cutting, while being cheaper. The disadvantage is the reduced corrosion resistance.

2. Bronzes – alloys of copper with various elements other than zinc.

Tin bronzes are copper alloys that have good casting properties.

Tin bronzes are used for casting parts of complex shapes. The disadvantage of this alloy is their large microporosity. These alloys are most often used for the manufacture of antifriction parts.
